TK Development’s project managers guarantee that our projects are realized on time. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the technical solutions comply with the agreements made with our customers. Our project managers have the following main responsibilities:

• Quality control of projects during the development stage.
• Negotiation of agreements with contractors.
• Follow-up with contractors.
• Contact to authorities.
• Ongoing project adjustment to match customer requirements.

Persistent and result-oriented

A project team is set up to follow each project from A to Z and is composed of highly specialized employees with different backgrounds to suit project requirements. Project managers are involved at an early stage to ensure they have the best conditions for implementing the project on time and to the correct financial and technical specifications.

Our project managers all have a technical background – typically as civil engineers. Several of them have experience from the contracting business, which means they are thoroughly acquainted with quality management and project pricing.

A good project manager:

• Can maintain a good overall view and drive the project forward.
