Development and letting

Our project developers and letting managers are at the centre of all projects. They follow the individual projects from beginning to end. The main responsibilities of our project developers and letting managers are:

• To scout for ideally located project sites and acquire them.
• To create the right project concept.
• To ensure smooth document handling by the authorities.
• To seek out tenants and investors for the projects.

It varies from project to project whether the project developers and letting managers are in charge of all four areas. In order to make the best use of the Letting Department’s specialized knowledge and networks, we put our letting managers in charge of letting premises in shopping centres to retail chains and other tenants looking for shop premises.

Dynamic with sharp business acumen

TK Development’s project developers and staff in the Letting Department come from very different educational and occupational backgrounds. Most come from the retail or financial sector. However, regardless of education and previous occupation, they have one thing in common: good business sense and when things get hectic, an ability to maintain an overview.To achieve success in project development and letting, TK staff must:
