Project controlling

Project development is a complex process involving many different stakeholders. Our project controllers optimize the contract conditions and financial terms of projects.

A project controller’s average day is hectic and variable. The job involves frequent contact with in-house colleagues on the individual projects and external business partners. Project controllers play an active role in the individual projects and have overall responsibility for the quality control of all underlying contracts, for example, option agreements, lease agreements and construction contracts.

Organized, with good communication skills

Our project controllers have a background as commercial lawyers or are trained in the financial sector. The main thing is to have an interest in property law.

A good project controller:

• Is energetic, persistent and result-oriented.
• Creates practical solutions to legal issues.
• Can communicate at a high level.
• Has a sound knowledge of English.
