Discontinuing Activities

The Management has chosen a market focus that targets the countries expected to contribute with long-term, profitable operations in future: Denmark, Sweden, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Consequently, Management has also decided to phase out the Group's activities in Finland, Germany, the Baltic States and Russia. The phase-out, which will result in office closures and employee dismissals, will be carried out as soon as possible, while taking into account that all the countries in question have projects that need to be handled so as to retain as much of the value of the existing portfolio as possible.

In addition to the projects listed below, the Group's Discontinuing Activities also include the Group's investment properties in Germany and a project in Russia.
