In October 2010 the Group took over a plot of land on Marsvej in Randers, intended for a retail development project of about 3,700 m². Letting has been initiated, and there is a satisfactory level of interest among potential tenants. The first phase comprises about 1,550 m² and has been let to jem & fix and Petworld. Both retail units have been conditionally sold to private investors. Construction work started in September 2014, with the handover and associated impact on results expected in 2015/16. Construction of the second phase will start once a satisfactory occupancy level has been reached.
